| well Jake since you have a lot of people not interested in the idea, why dont you start an offline league on the forum but keep it simple at first. like 8-9 races on the schedule, keep the races short, and don't worry about a money system yet. i think an offline league would be cool with your own teams and stuff because it would allow people to show off some painting skills on whatever mod you use |

| For me the fun in offline leagues was just signing up a car and hoping your guy did good.
For me the fun in offline leagues died years ago. They were fun for a little bit (my first offline league was somewhere in like '07) then a year or two later everybody wanted to do one. I ran one for a while and it just got boring. I'm still technically in an offline league at another forum but the guy that runs it hasn't even posted in the thread in months.
They were fun to follow for a while, now I'm over them.
On a smaller personal note, I've never liked the idea of running an "offline" league on an online server. Part of the fun of offline leagues was reading the write ups and looking at the provided screenshots. |

| Offline leagues can be good if you have really good write-ups with pictures.

| ok ive decided whats going to happen. Im gonna run this with a 10 race schedule with the teams and driver ratings system i posted. the money system will not be used yet. if nobody is interested in watching the races in an online server i won't do it |
