If I were you, I would tell your parents to fuck off and buy the car. Its one thing if they don't want to store it at your house, but they can't tell you what to do. You're 19, and its time they let you make your own choices.

After talking to Wetz about buying a race car, I've been giving consideration of buying a street stock / figure 8 car that can be ran at Rocky Mountain Raceways in both of those classes, and I can also take it to about 3 small dirt tracks within 2 hours my house.
Picture of the car, from what it says in the picture in the link, it looks REALLY nice for only being $700.

I'm really thinking about buying one soon to race here in Kil Kare for now. I still have hopes of going and buying a street stock in North Carolina and racing there for a while. But we'll see. Just to be out there on a track someplace would be good enough for me.

Well..This is interesting.
For those that do not know...Many people trying to figure out possible connections to earthquakes and planetary alignments as well as alignments of comet elenin. The theory behind that is that we dont fully know the forces and the way that things work with regards to the solar system, and that something about the 90 degree alignment puts some kind of small additional strain on the planet and cause a fault to slip. Combined with sun effects I would say this could be a possibility due to the fact that the last 2 major quakes occured on 90 degree alignment days as well. Those being with comet Elenin which is currently making a pass through our solar system. The may 11th date has been talked about for some time.
In 1915, a prediction was made by a so-called prophet. He said that tonight (in about 4 hours) a major earthquake would damage Rome severely. This man died about 30 years ago, and since his death Romans have been afraid of that date. Romans are very superstitous people. I mean VERY. They pretty much closed the city and a bunch of people evacuated the city for today.
Move ahead to now. We just had 2 5.0+ quakes in Spain, within the hour, that match the prophecy. The depth and location of the quakes, are making people very initially think they seem more foreshocks. It will be very interesting to see how this plays out for Rome over the rest of the day.
EDIT: One more thing...HAARP Magnetometer which takes measurement of the spectral density of the magnetosphere, just went nuts in the way it did before the Haiti and Japan quakes.

I posted something above about HAARP showing a lot of activity in the magnetosphere.
Comet Elenin should produce a huge light show. Its coming a little too close to us for some people's comfort, but it shouldnt come close to hitting us. It is passing infront of earth's orbit in late september. We will be passing through its tail. Which should mean a lot of meteorites,

Spent $75 on 7 tracks for iRacing, I know that seems like a lot, and I guess it is, but I got Chicagoland, Circuit De Spa-Francorchamps, Darlington, Dover, Homestead-Miami, Indianapolis, Stafford. iRacing gives you a big deal for getting 5 or more tracks.

I still want that race car...Not pushing it yet..Im probably gonna get to talk to my uncles tommorow. That could go a long way.
Alpina Watches said they'd be sending me a free gift after I emailed them for racing stuff. I got 3 booklets, including their watch guide. I got a 1 GB flash drive, a real leather thing that appears to be something like a glasses holder, or a holder of something, and what appears to be a real leather wallet.

They WON'T be running the Truck race this weekend, but WILL be running the NATIONWIDE race at Iowa next weekend. Angela will be in a Chevy, and Amber will be in a Ford. I'm guessing Angela will be in the #49 for Jay Robinson Racing, and Amber will be in the #39 for Go Green Racing. THey are both sponsored.
