Power Rankings after Michigan

1.
Your Power Rankings leader this week is non-other than Josh Chin. Chin would dominate all race long. He grabed the pole position and led a total of 66 laps. This is Chin's second win of the season and we look for him to grab a few more before the season is out. Chin also moved up to 4th in the points standings.

2.
Coming in 2nd this week is Brandon Lambert. Lambert's race was up and down all race long, more down than up. He fought he car all day long, being loose. He tried to fix it every pit stop, but no matter what he did he couldn't grab a hold of the track. Lambert would finish 4th, 1 lap down. Lambert how ever is still the points leader after hid disappointing race.

3.
3rd place belongs to Jake Poulin this week. Jake once again a had a decently strong car through out the race. He finished 3rd while running out of gas coming to the checkered flag. With that finish, Jake is still 2nd in points, 12 points behind leader Brandon Lambert.

4.
Caleb Paul comes is 4th this week in the rankings. Caleb had really strong car through out the race and it showed as finished 2nd at Michigan. Caleb ran towards the front all race long, but just didn't have the car to beat Josh Chin at the end. This is Caleb's 2nd top 5 in a row, and it moves him up to 10th in the standings, only 2 places out of the chase by 6 points. We look for Caleb to be in the chase by the end of the cut off.

5.
5th place in the rankings belongs to Nick Baker this week. Baker was not the fastest this week, but he held his own during the race. Baker drops to 5th this week in the rankings with a short of decent race at Michigan. He didn't lose any points to points lead to Brandon Lambert, but he also didn't gain any. This will probably not be a race Baker wants to remember, but we look for stronger performances from him through the remainder of the season.

6.
New this week to the Power Rankings is Tyler Ellery who finds himself in 6th in the rankings. Ellery's race was not stellar as he parked with 22 laps to go. Ellery could never get a hold of his setup. We look for Ellery to have better races down the road. He would finish 6th.

7.
Coming in 7th this week is Chris Wetz. Wetz had a race he would like to forget at Michigan. From the start of the race he was not happy with his setup and ended crashing out on lap 28. We know Wetz can do better.

8.
Finishing out our Power Rankings in 8th this week is Nick Kahrs. Kahrs's race was a disaster. He would self spin more than a couple of times in only 27 laps until he was parked. All we can say about Kahrs's race is better luck next week...
