| I am adding a new car that was just released to this race...The #8 Peugeot 908 Hybrid 4 test car LMP1.
This car I believe is a bit slower than the Peugeot 908, but it has a power boost built into the hybrid system that could make it good on the long straights at Daytona.

| Zach Duff takes the LMP1 Highcroft HPD.
There is only 1 LMP1 car open. There is a small chance that 2 more could be opened up as the Aston Martin AMR-One is being developed..but that would be a car for someone desperated to be in LMP1. The AMR-One is one of the worst modern era LMP cars made. |

LMP1 is now full until the AMR-One chassis are released..There are still 4 other classes for anyone to enter. |

| A little update on the format of this race. I will be closing sign-ups on January 15th. The race will be posted in one hour segments with the final hour being posted right before the start of the real Rolex 24.
In each of the 5 classes there will be an overall champion and a points champion. The way I will do this..Is 4 one hour races. The order the previous race finished, is the way that the next race will start. Think of it as more like a Safety Car Period, but at the end of each 1-hour race points will be taken and added up for the points champion. The points format will be as follows: 25-23-21-19-17-15-14-13-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1. |

| Alright I have an update as to how this race will go.
It will be set into 4 1 hour races. Points will be taken at each race. It will incororate real challenges of the Rolex 24.
-The race breaks will be treated as a Safety Car Period. Posistions, Laps, and DNF's will transfer over from one race to another. So if you wreck out on lap 1 of hour 1..You are done.
Hour 1 will be a normal afternoon round, Hour 2 will be at night, Hour 3 will be a morning event with a high chance of rain. Hour 4 will be in the afternoon again. |

| There is about 8 hours left to signup for this race...
I am adding one more little thing to this race. There will be 5 "Pro" cars added to the field..Meaning the real driver of the car will compete. These cars will be chosen at random. |
